Q. How did you get involved in online communities?

A. I was an early adopter of both LinkedIn and Plaxo, which are amazing business tools. It was clear to me that social networking was going to emerge as a major game-changer, and I wanted to be part of the action. Lithium is in the right place at the right time, with talented people and great technology, so I'm thrilled to be here.

Q. What online communities are you a part of?

A. Some of my favorites include Facebook, Yelp, and Citysearch. Then there's our customers' communities – I don't join as a member, but I've visited quite a few and there's great buzz and momentum out there.
