Lithium Technologies Named a Visionary in the 2016 Gartner Magic Quadrant for the CRM Customer Engagement Center

SAN FRANCISCO – May 10, 2016 - Lithium Technologies has been named a Visionary in the 2016 Gartner Magic Quadrant report for the CRM Customer Engagement Center (CEC). This is the fourth consecutive year that Lithium has been named a Visionary in the report, which evaluates technology companies within a specific market and positions them within four quadrants: challengers, leaders, niche players, and visionaries.
