In the myFICO Community, users share tips on improving their credit scores. CRM integration allows myFICO to measure purchase activity for forum users –sales have increased 41% from community members. A free FICO score promotion drove 40,000 community registrations over two days.
There was also a lot of concern that people would say negative or deceptive things, and we did have some moderate push-back from corporate and legal on whether a forum would be too risky for our business.
