Lithium Technologies co-hosts Online Community Summit with AOL

Leading community interaction channel provider Lithium teams with AOL to sponsor industry-leading online community seminar

Emeryville, CA – September 14, 2005 – Lithium Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of on-demand customer interaction channels and communities, and world-renowned Internet service provider AOL have announced their sponsorship of the upcoming Online Community Summit.

Produced by Forum One Communications, the Summit draws senior participants from industry (Amazon, AOL, Apple, Cisco, Microsoft, others); leading online community groups (ezboard, MEETUP, Motley Fool); non-commercial organizations (World Bank, PBS, American Academy of Pediatrics); media (BBC, Univision); philanthropy (Packard Foundation, Skoll Foundation) and many others. The goal of the Summit is to allow practitioners from many disciplines -- who would not ordinarily meet -- the opportunity to share current and best experiences regarding online communities.

"We're thrilled to have such prestigious companies sponsoring this year's event," said Jim Cashel, Chairman of Forum One Communications. "As a leading provider of on-demand Web and wireless community interaction channels and an expert in building successful business focused communities, Lithium is well-placed to discuss creating and using online communities to increase sales and brand loyalty and decrease customer care costs."

"Sponsoring the Online Community Summit was a great opportunity for us," said Michel G. Thouati, CEO of Lithium Technologies. "The attendees of this seminar series are highly concerned with customer care, support, loyalty and brand marketing and we at Lithium are looking forward to sharing our research and experience with them."

The Online Community Summit is held each October in Sonoma, California, and is an invitation-only event. This sold-out event will be held October 6-7, 2005.
