Investment in social media is booming, and with an ever-expanding array of tools and platforms for brands to use to engage with customers and stakeholders, community management is an essential skill.

The Lithium Community Manager Certification gives you the opportunity to learn these best practices, hone your skills as a practitioner, and become recognized as a leader in your industry. The Certification workshop includes a full-day training session led by Joe Cothrel and Lithium's expert Social Solutions Consultants.

The Lithium communication certification will provide training and education in the following areas: 

  • Ability to design and configure the proper community structure   
  • Ability to select appropriate interaction styles and features for your audience
  • Insights and templates to develop marketing plans to increase usage and membership for the community
  • Guide you in the creation of comprehensive set of community guidelines and policies 
  • Show you how to manage off-domain activity
  • Identify ways to manage your most active community members
  • Manage functional touch points within your organization
  • Develop a measurement program that deliver regular reports to stakeholders

The workshop is a full day training as well as access to online pre-requisite, materials. To become certified attendees must pass a certification test held at the end of the day.

Workshop cancellation policy: 

- 50% fee will apply for cancellations between 2-10 days working days before event
- 75% fee will apply for cancellations less than 2 working days before event
