Want business insight? Ask someone who's been there, done that. Harvard Business Publishing (HBR) jumped into the blog format a few years ago, and reader response was swift. To expand the conversation beyond one-topic-at-a-time blogs, HBR launched an interactive online community — the HBR Answer Exchange — in beta form two months ago.
