DoubleClick to Launch Online Client Support Community Powered by Lithium
Lithium enhances DART® platform client care with new tools and forums that encourage peer-to-peer support and provide information for DoubleClick users
EMERYVILLE, Calif. – July 10, 2007 – Lithium Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of on-demand enterprise community solutions, today announced that DoubleClick will use Lithium's online client community-building tools to enhance client care for its DART® platform users. Using Lithium's technology, DoubleClick will create forums to provide DoubleClick's users with peer-to-peer support, as well as deliver information to help quickly resolve issues and answer questions. These forums will allow ad agencies, Web publishers and marketers to collaborate on developing best practices, and exchange and leverage support information. DoubleClick's DART platform is a suite of products designed to meet the needs of the buy-side and sell-side of digital marketing.
