Lithium Technologies' CEO to Speak in Silicon Valley on Social CRM Panel

What: In this panel, “Is Social CRM for Real?,” industry experts will attempt to break away from using CRM as a four-letter word and start analyzing the real-life scenarios and products that can make Social CRM work. This is not a technology or a strategy, but an organizational imperative to adapt to the changing society, identified by Charlene Li and Josh Bernoff in their book “Groundswell.”  Panelists will present their industry perspectives based on market and customer realities, not hype, to help companies make the decisions and tackle Social CRM head on.
