Lithium and Swisscom to Present on Successful Social Community Strategies At Telecom Council Carrier Connections Summit
Emeryville, CA – 15 September, 2011 – Lithium, the leader in Social Customer Solutions, announced today that Lithium’s Chief Community Officer, Joe Cothrel, will present at the sold out Telecom Council Carrier Connections Summit. He will be joined by Daniel Gerber, Swisscom U.S. Vice President of Business Development, and speak about how the two companies launched a vibrant social community for Swisscom’s customers.
The Telecom Council Carrier Connections Summit showcases companies that are part of a communications ecosystem, bringing them together with the most innovative and creative minds in their industry.
The joint speaking session will review Lithium and Swisscom’s vetting and integration process.
