Moore brings expertise and insight in market development and strategies that will further strengthen Lithium’s leadership team as the company continues its rapid growth.

“Geoffrey has incredible vision and an unparalleled understanding of disruptive technologies and we are honored to welcome him to our board,” said Rob Tarkoff, Lithium President and Chief Executive Officer. “His strategic insights in ‘Crossing the Chasm’ and his other works resonate with every entrepreneur and tech leader. Geoffrey shares our vision of Lithium’s role in disrupting how brands think about the Social Customer Experience and the massive market opportunity.”
“We are facing another moment of crossing the chasm with social becoming a strategic imperative for brands that want to not only thrive but, in fact, survive,” Moore said.
“While every brand wants to be digital, social, mobile and global, most are struggling with fundamental questions about how to support their business objectives through social and how to determine their investments in social networks,” said Moore. “Lithium is uniquely positioned to help guide brands to quantify the success of their social initiatives. I’m very excited to join Lithium and look forward to helping companies transform their businesses through the power of customer engagement and enlistment.”
Moore is widely recognized for his expertise in market development strategies and has consulted with some of industry’s leading technology companies – including Cisco, Adobe, SAP, Agilent, Qualcomm, Sybase, Akamai and Yahoo!
