Sephora Expands Reach and Awareness with BeautyTalk

Our friends at Sephora recently launched their customer community, BeautyTalk, and extend it to Facebook. The community will merge both professional and real-women advice for clients to engage in the medium they feel most comfortable. Users can trade advice on discussion boards, ask questions to online experts, watch video tutorials from the Sephora Pro Team, get tips from celebrities, and read relevant articles from Sephora's blog, Beauty and the Blog. BeautyTalk is now hard at work building awareness and capturing conversations from Sephora’s 800,000 Facebook fans.

Verizon Drives Innovation with Idea Exchange

Verizon has now launched a new Idea Exchange powered by Lithium Technologies, giving Verizon social customers the chance to suggest product innovations and comment on the suggestions of their fellow peers. "We know that staying close to our customers is the best way to identify emerging opportunities for new features and services," said Verizon E-commerce Director Mark Studness. "The new Verizon Idea Exchange enables open innovation by allowing anyone to submit ideas, collaborate with others to refine the idea, and vote on ideas."
