Our Reputation Engine ranks your social customers by their behaviors in the community: amount of time spent online, number of messages posted, number of tags posted, number of solutions authored, number of contributions to Tribal Knowledge Base articles, number of Kudos received, and so on.
In all, you can choose from more than 50 behaviors when assigning rank and assign as many ranks as you like. The more mature Lithium communities can have over 100 different community ranks based on specific combinations of user behavior.
The Lithium Reputation Engine makes it easy to reward engaged members in a given rank with privileges they value. You can assign over 100 privileges to higher ranking members that allow them to edit messages, edit, and author Tribal Knowledge Base articles, post tags, edit tags, moderate blog comments, personalize their signatures or icons, and manage Kudos. You can also give them special access to community and company VIP areas.
When a social customer’s contribution becomes an Accepted Solution—has been highlighted as particularly helpful or declared the best answer—their reputation is enhanced through the Reputation Engine. Likewise for those who have received the most community Kudos, getting recognition for their elevated status through leaderboards at each community level. As always, moderation controls in the Reputation Engine allow you to keep a rein on popularity contests and prevent your social customers from misbehaving.
People who’ve done great things in the community want to tell people outside. Lithium’s reputation engine lets superfans create badges that they can put in their signatures, on their personal blogs, or on Twitter and Facebook.
