Pricing

Lithium's pricing structure is simple and approachable. With our on-demand platform, you can take advantage of the many SaaS (Software as a Service) efficiencies that allow for greater flexibility in upgrades with little impact on your internal IT resources. Since we host your community pages, the main driver of your fees is your recurring monthly page views.

Your community pricing is based on three components: a one time setup and development fee, recurring monthly fees based on page views within your community, and optional fees for additional services.

Setup fees include these development items:

  • Application engineering to customize the UI design of your community and integrate it with your brand's look and feel
  • Migration from an existing community
  • Pre-Launch setups
  • Planning, moderation, and community management best practices training

Recurring fees include these software service items:

  • Fully hosted community applications including popular forums with instant private messaging, polls, user ratings, rankings and more engaging features
  • Community site administration including master administration, user management, user and message search, a complete metrics engine, and more useful tools
  • Ongoing updates and upgrades including 24/7 full production monitoring
  • Real-time web and data pages displayed within your site and administration views

Optional fees could include these additional service items:

  • Moderation
  • Management
  • Additional languages
  • CRM integration
  • ActiveCast embedded modules
  • Blogs
  • Chat

One of our sales experts will help you determine your expected fees and our community success managers will lead you through the entire launch process. We never charge for pre-launch training, launch planning consulting, post launch evaluation, or ongoing community health check-ins. Consider us your dedicated online community partner.
