Launch Services
Lithium’s launch services provide all the necessary resources for launching a customer community that meets your needs and grows with your business. And we ensure that the project is completed quickly and effectively. The process itself is based on three tracks, making the process as effective as possible:
- Community Management Track: Here we focus on your strategic planning what’s critical to your success, and train the two most important roles in your online community: a Community Manager, and one or more Moderators.
- Design Track: In this track we develop your community’s look and feel, incorporating branding and navigation elements. Here we’ll use your brand assets to develop a prototype and work with you on revisions.
- Technical Track: In this track we address your technical requirements such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Data Migration, Application Integration, and Customization. You choose what you need. We make it happen.
Solutions Engineering
The Lithium solutions engineering team is passionate about building stellar, award-winning customer communities. We’re obsessed with getting your customers involved.
- Migration: We have years of experience migrating community content from other commercial and open source systems. And we can do it with little or no interruption to your existing implementation.
- CRM and Enterprise System Integration: We have significant experience integrating social communities with other environments with single sign-on (SSO), CRM Integration, and Web analytics tools.

Education
