Social Media Planning Workshop
Lithium conducts an intensive two-day onsite workshop to develop the basis of your organization’s Social Media Strategy for listening to and engaging your customers online.
This onsite workshop includes:
- Virtual Pre-discovery Session: We jointly define a set of keywords, terms and/or sites appropriate for the discovery of social media conversations of interest to your organization.
- Initial Social Media Discovery Audit : We baseline the recent sources, topics and numbers of public online conversations most relevant to your organization.
- Social Media Strategy Workbook: We complete a workbook containing the following:
