Our board includes President & CEO, Rob Tarkoff, Chief Social Strategist & Co-Founder, Lyle Fong, along with Ravi Mohan, Peter Fenton, Gordon Ritter, Pete Sonsini, and Jeffrey Miller.
Rob Tarkoff
Rob is responsible for the strategic direction and corporate vision at Lithium. He assumed the role of President & CEO in September, 2011. Prior to Lithium, Rob served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Adobe's Digital Enterprise Solutions business unit, which had annual revenue in excess of $1 billion. more
Lyle Fong
Lyle Fong serves as Chief Strategist & Co-Founder at Lithium. Prior to starting Lithium, Lyle co-founded GX Media, where he was the CTO. He drove the development of Gamers.com, which was rated the #1 independent gaming portal by Nielsen NetRatings. more
Peter Fenton
Peter Fenton joined Benchmark Capital in 2006 after spending seven years as a partner with Accel Partners, where his investment interests included software, digital media, and technology-enabled services. more
Ravi Mohan
Ravi Mohan has focused his entire career on the software business. Prior to co-founding Shasta Ventures, Ravi was a general partner at Battery Ventures where he led eight investments and served on the boards of 12 software and technology-enabled service companies. more
Gordon Ritter
Gordon Ritter is a founder and general partner of Emergence Capital Partners. He has spent more than 15 years building companies that pioneered new markets, including embedded web-based interfaces, server appliances, "On Demand" services for the SMB market, and web-native application development. more
Pete Sonsini
Pete Sonsini is a partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and co-lead of the firm's Enterprise, Infrastructure & Services (EIS) practice group. Pete also serves on the board of the Silicon Valley Forum, and in 2011 was named as a "Rising Star" of the next generation of venture capital general partners by Dow Jones Private Equity Analyst. more
Jeffrey Miller
Jeff Miller is President of JAMM Ventures, a business consulting company. Jeff has over 35 years of high tech experience, in semiconductors, hardware, and software companies. He was formerly Chairman & CEO of Documentum, Inc., an enterprise document management software company that became one of the fastest growing technology companies in the country under Jeff’s leadership, and he spent the early years of his career at Fairchild Semiconductor and Intel and holding senior marketing and general management executive positions at Adaptec and Cadence Design Systems. more
