Vice President of Legal Affairs
Celia Bauer is the Vice President of Legal Affairs at Lithium where she is responsible for all global legal operations and compliance.
Celia has 30 years of combined legal and business experience, 19 of those as an attorney. Celia has held a number of previous positions including: Associate General Counsel, Cloud Legal Center of Excellence with SAP America, Inc. and its subsidiary Ariba, Inc., where she supported complex cloud contract negotiations and operations, M/A due diligence and regulatory compliance; Adjunct Professor of Law at Duquesne University Law School where she taught Commercial Use of Intellectual Property; independent outside counsel for PPG Industries information technology sourcing group; Director of Legal Affairs for TimeSys Corporation; Principal Contracts Negotiator for SAS Institute; Vice President of Technology Asset Management for PNC Bank, NA; Contracts Negotiator with Computer Associates International, Inc; and Associate Attorney with the law firm of Reed Smith LLP.
