About John McLane

John is VP of Customer Success at Lithium where he focuses on ensuring customers are successful in achieving their business objectives with Lithium's products and services, and making all interactions with the Lithium team good ones.

Prior to Lithium, John was Chief Operating Officer at Waterfall, a pioneer in mobile marketing automation for enterprise customers. He spent the last 15 years in a combination of operational and investing roles in the enterprise technology and services industries, from leading corporate development at Epicor Software to making private equity investments and heading portfolio company operations at Sverica Capital. He began his postgraduate career at McKinsey and Company, helping enterprises develop new go-to-market strategies and customer engagement models.

John has an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the Joseph H. Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
