Chief Customer Officer
Virginia Miracle is Chief Customer Officer of Spredfast and Lithium, where she leads the customer success, support and professional services teams.
Virginia has worked in digital since dinosaurs roamed the internet. Before joining Spredfast in 2012 to develop its customer success team, she led the North American social media consulting practice at Ogilvy & Mather. She gained her passion for word of mouth marketing with a stint at Brains on Fire and served on the board of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association for 6 years after holding marketing roles at Trilogy Software and Dell.

Virginia is a board member of Generation Serve and is enthusiastic about the power of family volunteerism and service learning to increase civic engagement in the next generation. She holds an BA in English from Princeton University.
