Lithium's Community Solutions Extend SAP’s Web Channel Products With User-Generated Content, Customer-To-Customer Advice And Help

Lithium Network Conference, SAN FRANCISCO & Munich - April 24, 2013 - Lithium Technologies, the leader in Social Customer Experience, today announced that it joins the SAP® PartnerEdge® program as an SAP software solution and technology partner.

Web channel products by SAP can now be extended by Lithium's community functions and user-generated content. Lithium’s goal is to supply customers with the full scope of functions they need for an optimum purchasing experience, giving shoppers the chance to post product feedback and provide advice and help for others. Lithium’s community solutions will support SAP's shopping cart, catalog and shop systems by adding review, rating and help functions (Q&A).

Demand is particularly growing for community-based social support. Lithium's community solutions also offer the option of automating processes and making use of existing information to complement customer profiles and customer history in the SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) application.
