Lithium Opens Submissions for the 2016 Lithy Awards
Nominations Being Accepted for Lithium Digital Customer Excellence Awards
SAN FRANCISCO – MARCH 7, 2016 – Lithium Technologies today announced that the 2016 Lithy Awards are now open and submissions will be accepted through Monday, April 4, 2016. For the sixth consecutive year, the Lithy Awards will honor Lithium customers who are charting new territory in digital customer experience and achieving quantifiable business results.
“Last year we had more than 65 award submissions from digitally-forward brands from around the world. The submissions showcased real results like higher NPS/CSAT scores, savings in call deflection and increases in sales,” said Katy Keim, Chief Marketing Officer at Lithium. “We take our customers’ success personally and are incredibly proud of all their achievements. The Lithys is our chance to recognize the leaders in digital customer experience and show they’re stars.”
The prestigious winners will be celebrated at the LiNC Bash & Lithy Awards Ball, taking place the evening of June 9th in San Francisco. LiNC, Lithium’s annual user conference, is where the best and brightest in digital customer experience and marketing connect with peers to learn and grown, and gain valuable insights on where the industry is headed.
Lithium customers can submit nominations on the Lithium Community in six different categories to showcase their digital excellence. The categories for 2016 are:
Total Community All-Star: Recognizes the company that has leveraged both community and Lithium Social Web (LSW) to implement a stellar, unified approach to their digital strategy.
Marketing Champion: Recognizes the company that used a creative contest, promotion and/or marketing strategy to promote their online community members (e.g. SuperFans), a community launch or other company milestones.
Social ROI Titan: Recognizes the company with the most impactful business results across community and other social platforms.
Excellence in Customer Satisfaction: Recognizes the company that has showcased a significant increase in customer engagement, loyalty and lifetime value among customers.
Support Savings MVP: Recognizes the company that has best demonstrated significant cost efficiencies and support savings for their business.
Community Design of the Year: Recognizes the online community with the most impressive and engaging design that is consistent across devices.
Regional Star: All submitted entries will be automatically nominated for the Regional Star award. There will be a winner for North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
